Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every breath of Euopho scent. If you’re not 100 % satisfied, you may return or exchange qualifying items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking page.

1. Eligibility
• Products must be unused, unopened, in the original scent-sealed pouch & packaging.
• Returns that arrive opened, damaged, or without original packaging will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
• Non-returnable items: discounted bundles, gift cards, and any product marked “final sale”.

2. How to Start a Return
Email cassie@midastouch.partners with your order number and reason.
Our support team will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
Pack the item securely, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back within 7 days of receiving the instructions.

3. Shipping Costs
• The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs.
• We do not provide prepaid labels ; please use any trackable carrier you prefer.

4. Refunds & Processing Time
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Financial institutions may take up to 7 additional days to post the credit.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a new purchase; once we approve your return, place a new order for the desired scent or quantity. The refund for the original item will be issued separately.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Send photos to cassie@midastouch.partners within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If 10 business days have passed since we emailed you the refund confirmation, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
